All sales are final, returns are not accepted on jow. If your items were damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible via email, and remember to include images in the email. Once we have received the email and photos, we will send out a replacement item/and replace the damaged items.

All items are sent via first class USPS. If you would like Priority Mail or a faster shipping option, please email us and we can arrange your preferred shipping method, for an additional charge.
