What do the discs do? The discs helps clear energetic disturbances that can cause stagnatory patterns which show up in the body as pain. Divine Wellness Holographic Discs are charged with frequences specifically for clearing and balancing, and can be placed on areas of discomfort to support alleviation of pain.
What is holographic technology? Holographic discs are quarter size discs that have been programmed with resonate frequencies. These discs can be placed on acupressure points on the body, or on areas where there are symptoms of “pain” or discomfort, to assist in bringing the body into balance.
Where do I put the discs? Simply peel the sticker off the roll, and place the disc directlly on the skin at the desired location or acupoint. We recommend applying them to clean, dry skin. For most pain you can place one disc on the pain, and if the pain continues, you can place another disc opposite the pain. You can also place the disc directly on an acupoint. You can use them one at a time, or multiple areas at a time. Do not apply to broken skin, wounds, or scabs, and use caution in areas where the skin may be thin or sensitive.

How long do I wear them? Although they may be worn longer, discs are usually worn between 4-8 hours per day. Mild skin irritation may occur due to the adhesive in the sticker; if irritation develops, remove the disc and wash the area with soap and water. If you are having difficulty removing the stickers, taking a warm shower or bath will help loosen the adhesive for easier removal.
How many relief discs can I wear? The optimal way, is to place one disc directly on the point of pain. You can also place another directly opposite the pain. For additional support, you can also place a disc directly above and below, and to the right and the left. For example, for lower back pain, place one disc on the pain, a 2nd disc directly above and below, and to the right and left, of the pain point.
